For whatever reason, when the temperature drops, I NEED ice cream//Frozen Yogurt.
Now, ice cream is not the most nutrient dense food and there are better for you options that will satisfy that craving. The first three ingredients are normally Milk, Cream and Sugar.
Side Note: Ingredients on a nutrition facts label are listed from most to least amount of ingredients in the product. Ideally you want to stay away from ingredients you cannot pronounce.
I mentioned better for you options! There are protein frozen yogurts like Halo Top or ProYo which I think taste fantastic– OR you can make NICE CREAM yourself.
Side Note: It is called Nice Cream because the base is not milk, it is frozen bananas!
I hope y’all enjoy these better for you ice cream options–I am obsessed!
